* PET Replacement Instructions
- Complete this form and submit on this page. Your form will be sent to us via email
- Your replacement PET units will be despatched from BSG Head Office by the next business day unless otherwise advised. Local customers can pick replacement units up from the Brendale Office on request
- When you receive your replacement PET units, you will find an addressed air bag enclosed.
- Please pack your original faulty unit back into the packaging material supplied and send back to BSG in the enclosed air bag
